PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable hook which is primarily attached to a waist part in pants, skirts, or the like for the purpose of adjusting a waist size, which makes the waist size adjustable in a certain range, and which is attachable to and detachable from a garment hook at the time of purchase. SOLUTION: The adjustable hook includes a male hook and a female hook for adjusting a waist size of pants or the like. The hook includes a base and a slidable hook member, with the male hook or the female hook formed at one end of the base. The slidable hook member is bent to cover the base so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the base, with the female hook or the male hook formed at a part of the bent section.
