PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center apparatus for simply executing a job required for the identifying and authenticating processing of a communication destination and an information home electric appliance terminal in both a user and an operator when the operator performs communication with the information home electric appliance terminal having a function for communication. SOLUTION: The call center apparatus stores an information home electric appliance terminal identifier and a corresponding information home electric appliance terminal address, and establishes connection for a call between the relevant information home electric appliance terminal and an operator terminal responding to the call from a public network communication terminal using the information home electric appliance terminal address corresponding to the information home electric appliance terminal identifier transmitted from the relevant public network communication terminal as the call destination address.
