PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing implement for a faucet, which can enhance workability by facilitating an attachment operation when the fixing implement for the faucet is attached to an attachment base, and the faucet attached to the fixing implement for the faucet. SOLUTION: This fixing implement 1 for the faucet includes a fixing base 6, a sandwich member 8, a first screw member 10, a second screw member 12, and a guide member 14; and the guide member 14 is equipped with a control lever 24 which is positioned near a fixing base opening 6d. After the first screw member is inserted into the first insertion hole 6a of the fixing base and the first screw hole 8a of the sandwich member, the control lever is operated before the second screw member is inserted into the second insertion hole 6b of the fixing base and the second screw hole 8b of the sandwich member.
