PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor capable of suppressing reduction of electrostatic capacitance due to heat load. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor is provided with a capacitor element 10 including: an anode body 1 composed of a sintered body of metallic particles having valve action; a dielectric layer 2 formed on the surface of the anode body 1; a conductive high molecular layer 3 formed on the dielectric layer 2; and a cathode layer 5 formed on the conductive high molecular layer 3. The whole surface of the conductive high molecular layer 3 contains a filler 4 having a negative linear expansion coefficient in its inside. For the filler 4, granular powder of zirconium tungstate, lithium-aluminum-silicon oxide or copper-germanium-manganese nitride is adopted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
