PREVENTIVE FILTER FOR ALLERGY CRISIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter removing allergen causing allergy and harmful substances mixed in air and water, further promoting allergy by stimulating the allergen. SOLUTION: The preventive filter for allergy crisis is formed by sequentially stacking: upper and lower layers consisting of airlaid nonwoven fabric mainly consisting of thermal adhesive composite fibers with fiber lengths of 1-15 mm and single yarn diameters of 10-75μm; and a mixed layer with functional particles with an average particle size of 30-5,000μm fused to the composite fibers, or an intermediate layer consisting of only the functional particles and upper and lower layers consisting of airlaid nonwoven fabric mainly consisting of thermal adhesive composite fibers with a fiber length of 1-15 mm and a single yarn diameter of 10-75μm, stacked in gaps of the airlaid nonwoven fabric sandwiched between the upper and lower layers and mainly consisting of thermal adhesive composite fibers with fiber lengths of 1-15 mm and single yarn diameters of 50-100μm, being further heat-treated for integration.
