PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal reception type vocalizing toy and a vocalizing toy apparatus, personalizing service to an attendance of customer gathering facilities to make the attendance enjoy sufficiently, whereby the number of repeaters is increased. SOLUTION: The audio signal reception type vocalizing toy is a cap type toy 1 worn by the attendance in the customer gathering facilities. A light-receiving device 11 having a light-receiving element 13, which receives visible light through a condenser lens 12, is suitable for the front of the wearing type toy body 10 of the cap type toy 2; and a filter circuit 18 is provided for integrating a digital audio signal output from the light-receiving device 11 to form an analog audio signal and outputting the signal to a loudspeaker 19. When the light-receiving device 11 of the cap type toy 1 is directed to a visible light source to which an audio signal is superimposed to project light, the light-receiving device 11 receives the visible light, from which the audio signal superposed thereon is taken out, and voice is generated from the loudspeaker 19.
