摘要 PURPOSE: A solar cell with CIS and CGS tandem-based absorber layer and the method thereof are provided to perform easily the composition and process control of the light absorption layer applied to the thin film type solar battery. CONSTITUTION: The back contact electrode(20), the light absorption layer, and buffer layer(40) and window layer(50) are deposited on the substrate(10). The light absorption layer includes the CIS light absorption layer(110), and the CGS system light absorption layer(120). The CIS light absorption layer is made of copper(Cu), and the indium(In) and selenium(Se). The CGS system light absorption layer is deposited by the tandem mode on the upper side of the CIS light absorption layer. The CGS system light absorption layer is made of copper(Cu), and gallium(Ga) and selenium(Se).
