PURPOSE: A water and air cooling combined use condenser is provided to increase the profitability and efficiency of an air-conditioner by recycling the waste heat, discharged to the air in the cooling operation, for the hot water. CONSTITUTION: A water and air cooling combined use condenser comprises a double pipe laminating structure putting a cooling water pipe within the inside of a refrigerant pipe. A refrigerant and cooling water are connected in a double pipe having the laminating structure to the side by side. A cooling plate-fin(60) is fused in the surface of the refrigerant pipe. A fan(50) is installed in the plate-fin. The air cooling or the water cooling operation can be possible at the same time by passing the air between the plate-fins. The hot water of a hot water storage tank has the heat exchange with the cooling water through a heat exchanger to be reused for the hot water.
