<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toolbar on which a plurality of icons are arranged on one side of a standby picture displayed on a touch screen, and to activate a function of the tool bar when the icons are dragged and located at a main window of a display part. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a touch screen including a second region for presenting a toolbar having at least one UI element representing a specific function and a first region for activating, where the UI element is dragged and dropped, and a control unit for activating the function associated with the UI element when the UI element is dragged in the first region.
