<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a launcher that is small and lightweight in comparison to a projectile, easily realizing high speed flight of a heavy object, not requiring a special notification due to high safety of a facility, and capable of repeatedly and easily carrying out tests at low running costs. <P>SOLUTION: The high speed launcher is equipped with a launching tube part 10, an air tank part 20, a first flow valve 90 capable of fitting into a base part of the launching tube part 10 from the air tank part 20 in an airtight state, a flow valve control chamber part 80 slidably fixing a shaft of a second flow valve 95 with a substantially matching axis arranged in a position separated a predetermined distance away from the base part of the launching tube part 10 in an airtight state, an air compressor 30 capable of filling pressurized gas into the air tank part 20 and the flow valve control chamber part 80, a first selector valve 50 controlling whether or not to fill the pressurized gas into the air tank part, a second selector valve 60 controlling whether or not to fill the pressurized gas into the flow valve control chamber part 80, and a rapid exhaust valve 70 capable of rapidly exhausting the gas in the flow valve control chamber part 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
