<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling device of which the number of components is reduced and miniaturization can be easily achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The optical coupling device includes: a first lead having a first inner lead part; a second lead having a light emitting element stuck to the first inner lead part, a second inner lead part electrically connected to the light emitting element, a third inner lead part, and a coupling outer lead part for coupling the second and third inner lead parts; a third lead having a light receiving element stuck to the third inner lead part so that one side face is faced to one side face of the light emitting element, and a fourth inner lead part electrically connected to the light receiving element; a first molding composed of first translucent resin, in which the light emitting element, the first inner lead part and the second inner lead part are buried; and a second molding composed of second translucent resin, in which the third inner lead part, the light receiving element and the fourth inner lead part are buried. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
