PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability while securing an appearance, in a cabinet composed by arranging a cabinet body in a state projecting outward of a desk top plate and providing an auxiliary top plate on the projection part of the cabinet body. SOLUTION: The height of the auxiliary top plate 7 can be changed to a high position and a low position by re-fitting legs 14 to the holes 15 and 17 of the cabinet body 6. At the high position, the side face 7a of the auxiliary top plate 7 and the side face 2a of a desk top plate 2 are on the same plane. Thus, the appearance is excellent. The auxiliary top plate 7 is positioned below the desk top plate 2 at the low position. and thus, the demand of placing an article changing the height for instance can be coped with.
