PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis equipped with an insulating panel. SOLUTION: This chassis (1) is equipped with a lower surface (2) which is designed to accept an instrument (4) extending under the chassis. The lower surface (2) is equipped with at least two rails (6) in the longitudinal direction for the attaching of the instrument (4). The rails (6) are separated in the crossing direction, and can accept an attaching means (8). At least one insulating panel (18) is extended between the rails (6) to the lower surface (2) of the chassis. The panel (18) is attached to the chassis by two sheet-like metal members (22) which are respectively attached to one of the rails (6). Each sheet-like metal member (22) is equipped with a means for attaching the insulating panel (18).
