PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly change timing to process images on a plurality of channels and the number of channels used for image processing. SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: a data input unit 183 for inputting image data; a data storage unit 185 for storing input image data; an image processing control unit 181 for implementing, according to a program, an output step of sequentially outputting parameters representing contents of image processing using a plurality of channels to be applied to image data for each channel at a predetermined timing, and a reading step of reading image data stored in the data storage unit 185 synchronously with the output of the parameters; an image processing circuit 182 for applying image processing to image data read in the reading step of each channel in accordance with the parameters output in the output step; and a data output unit 184 for outputting image data to which image processing has been applied.
