PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which has a piezoelectric vibrator and an electronic component united and to which an additional circuit is connected, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device includes a base substrate 20 where mounting terminals 28 are formed, the electronic component which is disposed on the base substrate 20 and electrically connected to the mounting terminals 28, and the piezoelectric vibrator 30 mechanically connected to the base substrate 20, the mounting terminals 28 and external terminals 33 of the piezoelectric vibrator 30 being disposed on a mounting surface.
