PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitization development testing method for chemicals. SOLUTION: This is the sensitization development testing method for chemicals which includes (a) process to provide a test object for electroorganic reaction, (b) process to mix fluorescent cysteine derivative with the test object provided for electroorganic reaction, and (c) process to determine presence of bound substance by instrumental analysis. The method is characterized in that for the electroorganic reaction, negative and positive electrodes are immersed in solution of the test object and are energized using a power supply unit. In this method, characteristically, the fluorescent cysteine derivative contains cysteine and fluorochrome labeling the cysteine, the fluorochrome having a coloring section structure and a spacer structure combining the cysteine and the coloring section.
