PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-item detector capable of performing all detections in a closed system. SOLUTION: The multi-item detector includes a first sealable container capable of sealing a specimen process liquid in and a second sealable container for housing the first container and detects one item to be detected or more on a substance to be detected by simultaneously applying one immunochromatography carrier or more to a specimen extract liquid acquired by injecting a specimen to the specimen process liquid and extracting the substance to be detected. The first container is provided with a specimen collection rod and the specimen process liquid. The second container is provided with one immunochromatography carrier or more for detecting the items to be detected by specific reaction with the substrate to be detected in the specimen extract liquid when the specimen extract liquid has permeated and individually capable of detecting different types of items to be detected different from one another. The multi-item detector is provided with a leakage means for specimen extract liquids and for braking the back of the first container and making the specimen extract liquid leak out when the first container is housed in the second container.
