PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce test costs by automatically testing the timing among signals of a circuit board with ICs and LSIs mounted thereon by the timing tester composed of inexpensive components. SOLUTION: The timing tester for a circuit board is composed of a circuit board connection connector, a determination trigger selection switch, a determination trigger latch switch, a generation circuit to enable determination, a determination external clock input terminal, a determination level selection switch, a determination circuit, a reset button, and a determination result indicating LED.
