PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring hole spacing on a frame which examines the drilling accuracy of the frame. SOLUTION: The measuring device includes: a surface plate on which a frame is placed; a camera unit installed so that it moves on the surface plate; a camera position determining means for determining the position of the camera unit on the surface plate; and a hole spacing computing means for computing the spacing between a reference hole and a measurement hole, when either of two holes is a reference hole and the other is a measurement hole, based on the position information of the camera unit when imaging the reference hole and the measurement hole. Moreover, the hole spacing computing means includes a position information correction means for correcting the position information of the camera unit when imaging the reference hole and the measurement hole based on the position relationship between the image positions of the reference and measurement holes in the angle of view of the camera unit and the position of a reference point in a predetermined angle of view.
