PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized transmission ratio-variable mechanism and a vehicular steering device. SOLUTION: An output member 17 of the transmission ratio-variable mechanism includes a seat shape formed member 59 mounted on an output member body 58. a convex portion 56 is made up by a roller 61 placed on a placing groove 64 on a first surface of the seat shape formed member 59. A mounting groove 65 for mounting a retainer (not shown) for holding the roller 61 is formed on a second surface of the seat shape formed member 59.
