PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device which has a structure for easily inserting the rolling bearing device into a hub ring without increasing the number of parts compared with conventional ones, and which can increase the strength of the end of an outer ring compared with conventional ones. SOLUTION: A gradually decreasing outer diameter part 11 is formed by gradually decreasing toward the external side (outside), corresponding to a swelling amount D4, the outer diameter D1 of the outer ring 1 in the whole area of which diameter in the end is increased due to fitting of a sealing member at the outer diameter part of the outer ring 1. Moreover, a gradually decreasing outer diameter part 19 is formed by gradually decreasing toward the external side, corresponding to a swelling amount, the outer diameter D1 of the outer ring 1 in the whole area of which diameter in the end is increased due to fitting of a sealing member 22 at the outer diameter part of the outer ring.
