PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistant sheet capable of giving a thermal insulation property to a member easily and securely. SOLUTION: This fire resistant sheet A for giving thermal insulation property to the member is provided with a sodium silicate layer 1 containing sodium silicate foaming when heated and providing thermal insulation property and provided with a through-hole 1c passing through from one face 1a to the other face 1b, separating papers 2, 3 provided on one face 1a and the other face 1b of the sodium silicate layer 1 to separate, respectively, and a coating material 4 for coating an inner face forming the through-hole 1c in the sodium silicate layer 1.
