PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-ductility metal glass alloy which is excellent in plastic processability and can be applied to metalworking processes such as cold pressing. SOLUTION: The high-ductility metal glass alloy has a composition represented by the formula: Zr<SB>a</SB>Ni<SB>b</SB>Cu<SB>c</SB>Al<SB>d</SB>[wherein a, b, c and d represent atom% and fall within ranges of 60-75 atom%, 1-30 atom%, 1-30 atom% and 5-20 atom%, respectively] and preferably has a Poisson's ratio of≥0.38 and a macroscopic yield strain of≥2.1%. Preferably, a, b, c and d fall within ranges of 68-75 atom%, 5-20 atom%, 1-10 atom% and 5-10 atom%, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
