PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrene resin-extruded/foamed plate having small heat conductivity, excellent heat insulation performance over a long period of time, high-level flame retardancy and excellent mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The styrene resin-extruded/foamed plate has 20-50 kg/m<SP>3</SP>apparent density and 10-150 mm thickness. A base material resin constituting the styrene resin-extruded/foamed plate is a styrene resin mixture being a mixture of a styrene resin (A) with a resin (B) selected from (1) a styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer and (2) the styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer and polymethyl methacrylate. The content of a methyl methacrylate component in the styrene resin mixture is 10-30 wt.%. The cross-section of a bubbled film part of the styrene resin-extruded/foamed plate has such a sea-island structure that the styrene resin (A) occupies a sea component and the resin (B) occupies an island component, namely, the resin (B) is dispersed in the styrene resin (A) in a layered state.
