PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine which makes it possible to effectively train biceps brachii muscles. SOLUTION: An L-shaped arm pipe 29 is freely turnably supported by a weight frame 26 for which weight blocks 34 are stacked. In linkage with the turning of the arm pipe 29, the selected number of the weight blocks 34 are elevated and lowered to generate loads. The arm pipe 29 is provided with a pair of right and left grips 32, and each grip 32 has: a support frame 44 erected so as to be freely turned in the cross direction on the arm pipe 29; and an L-shaped grip body 45 supported so as to be freely turned in the horizontal direction at the upper end part of the support plate 44.
