PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA probe set commonly usable for both of the differentiated type and the undifferentiated type of human stomach cancer, and capable of differentiating and specifying the two types; to provide a DNA microarray loaded with the DNA probe set; and to provide a molecular diagnostic system for the human stomach cancer, using the DNA microarray. SOLUTION: The differentiated type or the undifferentiated type of the human stomach cancer cell is identified and specified by using the DNA microarray loaded with the DNA probe set including an oligonucleotide comprising a specific DNA sequence.
