PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for crop-planting which can cover a crop with soil, after the crop is planted. SOLUTION: Provided is a mechanism 100 for crop-planting including planting holders 40 each having an opening upper end portion 40A and a lower end portion 40B for discharging, a circulation mechanism 200 for circulating the planting holders 40, a push-out rod 6 for downward pushing out the crop G, and an upward or downward movement mechanism 500 for upward or downward moving the push-out rod 6. Further, a soil-covering mechanism 300 including a soil-sucking portion 30 for sucking up the soil of the ground and a soil-discharging portion 33 for dropping the sucked soil on the ground are provided, after the crop is planted.
