PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-skid device in which a belt is moved only slightly with respect to a tread of a tire. SOLUTION: The anti-skid device (1, 109) has first fixing means (12, 112) arranged on an outer surface of a wheel in the mounted state, second fixing means (5, 111) arranged on an inner surface of the wheel, and inelastic belts (4, 113) arranged on treads (19, 107). Edges (6, 7, 118, 119) of the belts are coupled with the first and second fixing means (5, 12, 111, 112).
