PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll sheet cutter in which a paper jam hardly occurs even when a roll sheet severely curled such as a coreless type is used. SOLUTION: The roll sheet cutter is constituted as follows wherein an auxiliary guide (100) is installed in a paper guide board (4) and extends downward from the lower end of the paper guide board, and the lower end of the auxiliary guide is made nearly to contact the upper surface of a fixing blade (10) outside of the moving range of a movable blade (20). The auxiliary guide including the center part in the sheet-width direction projects toward both sides with the lower end protruding on a slit side (3) along the shape of the movable blade which stops after the roll paper is cut.
