<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a KPI value reflecting an execution mode in an actual business. <P>SOLUTION: A business process model generation part 100 generates a business process model, and inserts a dummy task for calculating the KPI. From a business DB 300, a BAM server part 102 acquires actual business result information indicative of an actual result value produced when the business process model of a KPI calculation target is executed in an actual business, then selects two or more tasks positioned at an execution position before the dummy task in the business process model, as a data collection target task, and retrieves the actual result value of the data collection target task according to a task execution order in the business process model, and further, preserves the actual result value of the extracted data collection target task as the actual result value of the dummy task, preserves a newly extracted actual result value by overwriting every time each actual result value of other data collection target tasks is newly extracted, and based on the preserved actual result value of the dummy task, calculates the KPI value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
