<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a conventional power supply circuit cannot detect the deficiency of a diode bridge, an abnormal DC voltage is supplied to an apparatus, when the deficiency occurs in the diode bridge and a disadvantage is generated in the connected apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the diode-bridge deficiency detection circuit, a detecting diode D1, a first resistance element R1 and a first photocoupler Q1 are provided on output terminals 24 and 25 of the diode bridge 20.
