<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking appliance which can determine whether an identical pan is mounted on a top plate facing a plurality of heating coils or different pans are mounted, so that a partial heating distribution to a large pan of an oval shape or the like may not be caused. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking appliance includes a top plate (1) on which a cooking container is mounted, a first and a second heating coils (2a, 2b) arranged below the top plate, a controlling portion (7) for making a heating control of the first and the second heating coils, a first and a second pan mounting determination portions (4a, 4b) which determine whether or not a cooking container is mounted on the top plate facing each of the first and the second heating coils, and a third pan mounting determination portion (6) which determines whether or not a cooking container is mounted on the top plate facing an area between the first and the second heating coils. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
