<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can provide a lid member improved in shape retention and easy peelability, and a lid member for a sealed container using the same and a sealed container. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate has a seal layer, an adhesive layer and a base layer, and the seal layer and the base layer are arranged via the adhesive layer.
