PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can suppress the transmission of vibration from a motor housing 4 to a transmission case 2 regardless of the degree of annular mode vibration. SOLUTION: The motor is provided with an intermediate member. The intermediate member is interposed between a motor housing 4 and a transmission case 2, and has a plurality of motor housing support positions A connected to the motor housing 4 and a transmission case support position B in a region between a motor housing support line C and a motor housing support center line D which is the center between the adjacent motor housing support lines C.
