PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent read errors of an optical pickup caused by self-induced vibration of a disk. SOLUTION: The disk drive has a traverse chassis 50, a mechanism to support the traverse chassis 50 in a manner free to tilt, and a cam mechanism 10 to tilt the traverse chassis 50. The traverse chassis 50 is composed of a main metal plate chassis 55 and an auxiliary member 56 connected through cushioning members 57. The cam mechanism 10 is composed of followers 20 provided on the auxiliary member 56, a cam plate 30, the cam groove 31 formed on the cam plate 30, and an auxiliary guide 40 having a guide surface 41. A pusher is provided to push the followers 20 on the slopes 32 of the cam groove 31 in an oblique direction. The pusher is made of the resin spring 80 molded together with the auxiliary guide 40.
