PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory module, capable of improving rising/trailing time of input signal, and increasing a setup/hold time, and a method for accessing the memory module. SOLUTION: The memory module comprises a plurality of memory sub-modules and a plurality of sets of input pins. Each memory module includes a plurality of memory chips, the memory chips being serially connected to each other. The plurality of sets of input pins are connected to the plurality of memory sub-modules, respectively, and used to receive the same input signal.
