PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a communication test of all alarms to be performed by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A slave radio device 2 transmits a response signal including identification information which is previously assigned to the own device when receiving a test command signal transmitted by a master radio device 1, while the master radio device 1 transmits the test command signal when a test operation is accepted by an operating unit 14, and notifies existence of the slave radio device 2 which does not transmit the response signal after investigating until predetermined time elapses afterwards by specifying the slave radio device 2 of a transmission source based on the identification information when the response signal is received.
