PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile information terminal configured to retrieve information based on an image captured by an imaging device and voice captured by a microphone, the mobile information terminal displaying information on an image on site with respect to an object to be imaged by the imaging device in a zoo or an aquarium. SOLUTION: The mobile information terminal includes: the imaging means 1; a display means 2 for displaying the image captured by the imaging means; and an object relevant information acquiring means 3 for acquiring information related to a predetermined object in the image displayed in the display means. The mobile information terminal displays the information acquired by the object relevant information acquiring means, and includes a voice information acquiring means 6 to obtain the information related to the predetermined object from the voice by the voice information acquiring means is acquired by the object relevant information acquiring means, and display it on the display means.
