PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a laser display apparatus which projects an image with laser light beams having three colors of red, green and blue. SOLUTION: The scanning structure of laser light is so composed that a two-dimensional driving type MEMS actuator 10 includes: an outside movable part 13 which is rockably and pivotally supported by a fixed part 11 via an outside torsion bar 12; and an inside movable part 15 which is rockably and pivotally supported by the outer movable part 13 via an inside torsion bar 14, wherein laser chips 1A, 1B and 1C which emit red, green and blue colored laser light beams, respectively, are arranged on the inside movable part 15, and the outside and the inside movable parts 13 and 15 are rocked to scan the laser beams.
