PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic pressure measuring method and a pneumatic pressure measuring instrument, for detecting precisely fluctuation of pneumatic pressure within a short time. SOLUTION: A low-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 0.1 Hz or less is constituted of a capillary (15) communicated with a measuring port (12) side, and an heat-insulated container (11), a band from static pressure of pressure in the measuring port (12) side to the cut-off frequency is measured by an absolute pressure sensor (17) provided in a heat-insulated container (11) side, a pressure difference between the measuring port (12) side and the heat-insulated container (11) side in the band with the cut-off frequency or more is measured by a pressure difference sensor (18), and absolute pressure measured by the absolute pressure sensor (17) is addition-composed with the pressure difference measured by the pressure difference sensor (18).
