PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device capable of determining existence of sticking of a spool in a flow rate detection device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a compressor 2 sucking, compressing and delivering refrigerant, a restriction part 31 provided at a delivery side of the compressor 2, a spool 36 moving according to pressure loss at a restriction part 31, a flow rate detection means 32 including a moving quantity detection means detecting moving quantity of the spool 36 and detecting flow rate of refrigerant delivered by the compressor 2 by moving quantity of the spool 36, a pressure detection means detecting pressure of the refrigerant, and a sticking determination means determining sticking of the spool 36 if moving quantity of the spool 36 detected by the moving quantity detection means does not exceed prescribed moving quantity when at least detection value of the pressure detection means changes exceeding prescribed change quantity.
