PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo loading structure capable of fixing a cargo when loading the large cargo by using a vehicle body upper space in the rear of a cabin, in a vehicle in which a cabin opened to the outside and its rear vehicle body upper space are continued. SOLUTION: A roll bar 8 is arranged on a vehicle body upper surface 2a in the rear of the cabin 3. The vehicle body upper space in the rear of the cabin 3 can be used as a cargo loading space.
