摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of avoiding fluctuation of a flow passage area due to axial deviation of both seats and rotation of a valve element in a control valve having a structure of a three-way valve, and suppress fluctuation of fuel injection amount. SOLUTION: At completion of current carrying of a piezoelectric stack 1, when pressing force to a control valve V is released via a pin member 7 by a driving force transmission mechanism 6, the valve element 3 within a valve chamber 2 is moved to open a high-pressure port 23. The valve body 3 has a counter boring part 34 formed on the lower end face opposing to the high-pressure port 23, and is formed to have a shape so that the diameter of the high-pressure seat is larger than the diameter of the high-pressure port 23.
