PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a diaphragm assembly are provided to enhance productivity and quality of a product. CONSTITUTION: A coil is wound in a coil winding jig(S120). A vertically installed return pin is adjacent to a finally wound coil(S130). The coil is wound from the return pin to a reverse direction(S140). The return pin is removed from the wound coil. Coating of the wound coil is thermally bonded by heating the coil(S160). An end part is cut in order to extend a fixed part except for a wound part of the wound coil(S170). The wound coil is separated from the coil winding jig(S180). |
