BASE STATION DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

A base station device performs communication with a mobile station in a downstream link by using the OFDM method and transmits a first signal and a second signal. A predetermined transmission power is set for the second signal in the base station device. The station device includes: means for performing control so that a transmission power at the unit frequency band of the first signal is constant; and means for deciding a frequency resource to be allocated for the first signal according to the transmission power of the second signal and the transmission power per the unit frequency band of the first signal.
