The present invention provides a height-adjustable three-wheeled chair, whic h can allow a user sitting on a seat thereof to move left and right along a furrow of a cultivated field, adjusting the level of the seat according to the surface gradient of the cultivated field, thus allowing the user to do farm work easily and conveniently. For this purpose, the present invention provides a height-adjustable three- wheeled chair, characterized in that a height-adjusting device for moving up and down a sea t mounted on the top of the height-adjusting device is built in a main frame located at the bottom center of the seat to adjust the height of the seat, a running wheel is mounted on a wheel axle disposed on an upper front surface of the main frame, a pair of lifting wheels is mounted o n an auxiliary frame assembled at the rear of the main frame by means of an insertion rod and a height-adjusting pipe, the insertion rod being vertically installed on an upper end of the ma in frame, and the height-adjusting pipe being vertically installed on the auxiliary frame and inserted downward into the outside of the insertion rod, such that the height-adjusting pipe is height-adjustably fixed to the insertion rod, thus adjusting and fixing the height of the auxiliary fra me and the lifting wheels.
