The invention relates to a method of restoring, on a terminal, at least one personalized multimedia content, transmitted via a first link. According to the invention, such a method comprises the following steps: reception (20), by said terminal, of an audiovisual content, broadcast via a second point-multipoint link; extraction (21), from said audiovisual content, of at least one command for triggering said personalized multimedia content; triggering (22) of a restoral of said personalized multimedia content, as a function of the triggering command or commands, in such a way that the restoral of said personalized multimedia content is synchronized with said audiovisual content.
