<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency control system of a power system which can increase the amount of connection of a generator utilizing regenerative energy to the power system, by increasing the adjusting capacity for the frequency control of the power system. <P>SOLUTION: This frequency control system of the power system comprises at least one or more power plants, the power feeding place, a large number of the electric apparatuses, a frequency indicator, and the power system for connecting these items. The power feed place comprises a demand information creation part which compares a frequency detected by the frequency indicator and a rated frequency of the power system, and creates a demand information signal for transmitting the excess or shortage of power supply, and a demand information transmitting part which transmits the demand information signal via a wide-range communication means. The electrical apparatus comprises a demand information receiving part for receiving the demand information signal via the wide-range communication means, and a power control part which controls the amount of power consumption of the electrical apparatus, according to the information signal demanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
