The device has a flat case (1) closed by a cover (14) and closing two conductors on which electronic components e.g. diodes (D1- D3), are fixed. The conductors have jumper lugs connecting a conducting element of an electrical apparatus on which the case is placed. An anchoring element is folded at right angle in a manner to be forcibly engaged to cavity formed in the case. A printed circuit board (PL) carries the electronic components, where the board is connected electrically on connection elements that are forcibly connected with conductors.
