There is provided a visual processing device having a hardware configuration not depending on the visual processing realized. The visual processing device (1) includes a spatial processing section (2) and a visual processing section (3). The spatial processing section (2) performs a predetermined processing for an input signal IS inputted and outputs an un-sharp signal US. The visual processing section (3) outputs an output signal OS based on a 2- dimensional LUT (4) giving the relationship of the input signal IS inputted and the un-sharp signal US with the output signal OS which is the input signal IS subjected to the visual processing.
